Meeting of the Young Academies of the Nordic and Baltic Countries

Two main perspectives steer the Nordic Baltic Young Academies’ meeting: the challenges related to conducting interdisciplinary studies, and the challenges caused by the war in Ukraine.

The Young Academy of Finland is currently preparing discussions surrounding challenges for the scientific community caused by the War in Ukraine and how interdisciplinary science could be favoured. Discussions are held about relevant issues for science and, more generally, what applies for different disciplines and actors in societies.
