The Young Academy of Sweden sees great risks with the proposals put forward in the government report Innovation as driving force – from research to utility. If implemented, there is an impending risk that Sweden ultimately will have fewer and less ground-breaking innovations, the academy argues in a debate article published in the Swedish Research Council’s magazine Tidningen Curie.
