The Young Academy of Sweden is organizing a symposium on academic freedom. The aim is to bring together young academies from Europe, USA and Latin America, Africa and Asia to share and develop concrete strategies for defending academic freedom globally. Member in charge: Juan C. Rocha.
The symposium is made possible thanks to generous funding from the Wenner-Gren Foundations and the Swedish Foundation for Humanities and Social Sciences (Riksbankens Jubileumsfond).
